These licenses are great for food focused businesses that meet the physical plant requirements.

There are several types of clubs that qualify for an 11C, but they all must have been in continuous operation for at least two years before they can apply.
This license allows the holder to sell beer, wine, and spirits, purchased at retail, to catering customers at a catered event where 51% of the licensee’s gross food and beverage revenues are derived from the sale of food and non-alcoholic beverages. They cannot store alcoholic beverages to be sold or served at a catered event, and they must be licensed by the Division of Hotels & Restaurants.
